JDS Political Dynasty’s Coordinator, Igbinsola Appreciates Members, Accord Leaders For Support At Sister’s Burial

The Oyo State Coordinator of JDS Political Dynasty, Mogaji Igbinsola Sunday Paul, has expressed profound appreciation to members of the political group, leaders and members of the Accord Party, friends, associates and well-wishers for their overwhelming support during the burial of his elder sister, Late Evangelist Julianah Olubisi Abu (née Igbinsola).

In a statement issued on Saturday, behalf Mogaji Igbinsola said the successful burial ceremonies, which culminated in a reception on Friday, July 17, 2026, at the Prof. Theophilus Ogunlesi Event Hall, Ibadan, were made possible by the love, prayers, encouragement and solidarity shown by numerous individuals and groups.

He thanked Almighty God for a successful funeral programme and noted that the outpouring of support brought comfort to the bereaved family during one of the most difficult moments in their lives.

The JDS Political Dynasty coordinator particularly appreciated several political leaders and stakeholders who attended the event, including the State Public Relations Officer of the Accord Party, Hon. Badiru Oriyomi; loyalists of the Accord governorship candidate; Oyo South Senatorial aspirant, Rev. Owolabi Amos; Hon. Kayode Oladapo, Hon. Obisesan Olamide, Hon. Qudus Ajibola, Hon. Akorede Abiola, Hon. Taofikat Akinsola, Hon. Ibitoye Saheed, Hon. Leye Ogunwale, and Surveyor Olujide Fasoyin, among others.

Mogaji Igbinsola also extended special appreciation to the Matron of the JDS Political Dynasty, Chief Mrs. Omolola Odekunbi, and members of her entourage for honouring the family with their presence and words of encouragement.

He further acknowledged the support of the Soccer Ambassadors of Olubadan Stadium, ICAGSOBA 1986 Set, Iroko Area Brothers and Sisters Descendants Society, media practitioners, officiating ministers, the Vigilante Group of Nigeria, Oyo State Command, his personal aides, family members, friends, religious and community leaders, as well as members of the JDS Political Dynasty, Accord Party and the Wesley Ambassador Legend Team.

According to him, every contribution—whether through attendance, prayers, financial assistance, telephone calls or messages of condolence—helped strengthen the family and demonstrated the enduring spirit of unity and compassion among associates and supporters.

While acknowledging that it was impossible to mention every individual and organisation that stood by the family, Mogaji Igbinsola assured them that their kindness and generosity would never be forgotten. He prayed that God would richly reward all those who supported the family with good health, divine protection, peace, favour and long life.

He also prayed for the peaceful repose of the soul of the late Evangelist Julianah Olubisi Abu, expressing faith that she would continue to rest in the bosom of the Lord until the resurrection. The JDS Political Dynasty coordinator concluded by reaffirming his gratitude to everyone who identified with the family throughout the period of mourning.
