President Bola Tinubu welcomed former Senate President Pius Anyim to the Presidential Villa following Anyim’s switch from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Anyim, accompanied by Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State and Governor Francis Nwifuru of Ebonyi State, cited the urgent need for unified efforts in tackling the nation’s challenges as his reason for joining the APC.
