Aba stood still in admiration and cultural splendour as the Global/National President of the University of Nigeria Alumni Association (UNAA), HRH (Mrs.) Ugochi Linda Agua-Onyekwelu, Ph.D, was formally adorned with the revered traditional title of Queen Ugochindere I of Aba.
The prestigious honour was conferred by His Royal Majesty, Eze Joseph Ahunanya (Eze Ala 1) of Ohazu Egbelu Autonomous Community, Aba South, a revered custodian of culture whose palace has become a symbol of unity and dignity in the region.
It was more than a coronation; it was an encounter where royalty met excellence, where leadership, culture, and humanity intertwined to celebrate a woman whose impact resonates far beyond the walls of the Alumni community.

From Owerri Branch to Port Harcourt Branch, from Warri Branch to Umuahia Branch, and from Bende Branch to several others, the presence of the alumni chapters was powerful, coordinated, and deeply symbolic.
Their rich displays and unified march painted a compelling portrait of institutional pride, an attestation to the unifying leadership of Dr. Agua-Onyekwelu.
Adding further grandeur to the moment was the dignified presence of the UNAA National Executive Council:-Lady Tonia Uzor, National Treasurer, Mr. Lawrence Nwadigo, National Auditor,Noble Uchegbu Uchechukwu Zachariah, National Publicity Secretary, Princess Ngozi Dabrinze, National Songito, and many other respected National Excos graced the event in full strength. Their presence reaffirmed the national significance of the occasion and celebrated the towering contributions of a woman whose leadership continues to strengthen and reposition UNAA globally.
