The Provost of Ajorosun College of Science and Health Technology, Ibadan, Dr. Adeniyi Odedele, popularly known as Ayanfe Olodumare of Oluyole Local Government, has congratulated Hon. Oyekunle Folajinmi, fondly called Don, on his victory at the Ibadan North Federal Constituency bye-election held on Saturday, August 16, 2025.
In his congratulatory message, Dr. Odedele described Hon. Folajinmi’s triumph as a well-deserved mandate, reflecting the trust and confidence the people of Ibadan North have reposed in his leadership capacity, grassroots appeal, and commitment to community development.
He said, “Your victory is not just for Ibadan North Federal Constituency but a victory for democracy and progressive representation. I am confident that with your wealth of experience and passion for service, you will provide quality representation that will positively impact your constituents and further uplift our great party.”
Dr. Odedele further commended the people of Ibadan North for conducting themselves peacefully during the election and urged Hon. Folajinmi to justify the overwhelming support by promoting inclusive governance, youth empowerment, and policies that will improve the welfare of the people.
He prayed for divine wisdom and guidance for the newly elected lawmaker as he begins the journey of service at the National Assembly.
