The presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, is scheduled to address the issue of President Bola Tinubu’s academic records released by the Chicago State University (CSU) at a press conference today.
This was announced in a statement released on the press conference invitation, which reads, “This is to inform and invite you to the World Press Conference of Our Presidential Candidate, His Excellency Atiku Abubakar, GCON, at the Yar’Adua Centre tomorrow, Thursday, October 5, 2023, in the afternoon.
“The exact time will be communicated shortly. Please endeavour to attend. Thank You.”
WesternLifeNewsNG recalls that Atiku secured the release of Tinubu’s education records from the CSU through US court Judgment on Tuesday and deposition was made on Wednesday, revealing some discrepancies in the documents submitted by President Tinubu to Independent National Electoral Commission to contest the presidential election in February 25, 2023 .
The CSU Registrar stated under oath that he could not certify the certificate Tinubu provided to INEC.
As expected, the former vice president will shed more light on the documents he obtained from CSU and the deposition thereof.
