The Aremo Olubadan of Ibadan, Prince Femi Balogun has commended the appointment of Princess Yinka Balogun as the Chief of Staff to the foremost monarch.
Aremo in a statement described the appointment as a right peg in a right hole, saying he welcomed the development as this woudl enhance the traditional institution of Ibadan land.
“I officially say a big congratulation to Princess Yinka Balogun on her appointment as the Chief of Staff to our King, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Sen. Dr. Olalekan Mahood Ishola Balogun, Alli Okumade II, the Olubadan of Ibadanland” he said.
Aremo further stated, “I gladly endorse this appointment because I believe in the wisdom and vision of our King and the capacity of our dear Princess in carrying out the effective and impactful vision of our king. Surely, the appointment of Princess Balogun will bring about new turnaround to the workings of the palace and enhance the traditional institution of Ibadanland”
“Let it be known to all Sons and Daughters of Ibadanland that the decisions of Our Beloved King and Father is to lay a productive and efficient structure that will yield productivity and dividends to the Palace and our People.. So therefore, any act of insubordination by anyone will not be tolerated by the Exalted throne”.
Prince Balogun also expressed appreciation to the loving people of Ibadanland for their prayers, support and loyalty to Traditional Institution of the land.
