Hon. Rasheed Jinadu, a former Supervisory Councillor for Environment in Yaba LCDA, has expressed delight over the resounding victory of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in his community during the just-concluded Lagos local government elections held on Saturday.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with WesternLifeNewsNG, the grassroots politician revealed that the APC won convincingly across all four polling stations in his base  Abiye Street, Iwaya, Ward F,  marking yet another chapter in his long-standing record of electoral dominance in the area.

“I have never lost an election in these polling booths since 2003,” Jinadu proudly declared, attributing the party’s success to consistent engagement with the people and a strong presence at the grassroots.

Commenting on the state of the nation, Jinadu noted that the APC-led administration at the federal level is laying the groundwork for long-term national restructuring and development.

“It may not be obvious to all now, but this government is making bold moves that will yield sustainable change,” he added.

Reflecting on his own time in office, Jinadu pointed to several environmental reforms and sanitation initiatives he championed within Yaba LCDA.
