Nigerian actress Adunni Ade is facing legal threats from an Indrive driver, Frances Njoku, following a dispute over a package delivery.
The issue started on September 18, 2024, when Ade took to Instagram, accusing Njoku of taking off with her package and ignoring her calls.
Her post sparked social media outrage against Njoku and the Indrive platform.
Later that evening, Njoku delivered the package after Indrive locked his profile. However, the situation escalated the next day when Ade shared screenshots of her exchanges with Njoku and her designer, with Njoku threatening legal action.
He accused Ade of damaging his reputation and demanded a public apology.
Ade defended her stance, stating that the driver was at fault and criticising his unprofessional behavior, stating her commitment to honesty and fairness.
