In a communique signed by Barrister Oladipo, on behalf of the two socio-political groups described the former spokesman of the 9th senate as cerebral and progressive minded who at this time the party needs to take charge of its secretariat.

According to Barrister Oladipo, who is also a notable leader of the APC in the SouthWest, Senator Ajibola, with his political and professional experience, is the perfect choice for the position of the National Secretary of the ruling party, adding that the APC needs such a man to bring a new lease of life to the party, even after its recent success at the 2023 general elections.

“Our choice of Senator Ajibola Bashiru was based purely on his proven exchequer ability and cognitive political and professional experience to effectively and efficiently support Tinubu Next-level Democracy Deliverables beyond 2027 for Nigeria and Nigerians regardless of creed, tribe or tongue under the Atmosphere of Peace, Security, Equity and Happiness for a life more abundant agenda of the President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR,” Oladipo said.

WesternLifeNewsNG recalls that the former National Secretary of the ruling party, Senator Iyiola Omisore voluntarily resigned alongside the former national chairman, Senator Adamu Abdullahi last month.
