The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, has affirmed Natasha Akpoti-Uduagan as the duly winner of senatorial election of Kogi Central, held in February 25, 2023.
The court dismissed the appeal filed by Abubakar Ohere of the All Progressives Congress, for lacking in merit.
Ohere’s election had on September 6 nullified by the Kogi State Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Lokoja, and declared Natasha Akpoti-Uduagan of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the actual winner of the February senatorial poll.
