The Executive Chairman of Gurara Local Government, Hon. Abdulhalim Abubakar has felicitated with the Governor of Niger State, Umar Bago, on the occasion of his 50th birthday.
The chairman in his congratulatory message described Bago as humble, resourceful, and meticulous leader with an uncommon vision for the state.
Hon. Abubakar also commended the governor for his administrative brilliance which brings about peace, harmonious co-existence and created an enabling atmosphere in a multifarious state like Niger.
“On behalf of my family, residents, staff and leadership of Gurara Local Government, I wish to felicitate with our humble, resourceful governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Umar Bago on his 50th birthday. No doubt, your administration through your dexterity has brought about peaceful co-existence and conducive environment to a cosmopolitan state like Niger,” the statement read in part.
Hon. Abubakar specially appreciated the governor for his recent quick fix step, in addressing the food crisis that nearly led to instability in the state.
The chairman therefore prayed that Allah will continue endowing Governor Bago more wisdom to discharge the mandate the people of Niger state entrusted in him.
“While congratulating our mentor and exceptional leader on this special day, we pray that Almighty Allah grants him, grants him long live, continuous divine wisdom, good health, sound mind and grace to continue to do that which will benefit Niger and the country at large”, the statement concluded.
