Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court Abuja has declined to grant bail to Tigran Gambaryan, an executive at Binance Holdings Limited.
The court’s decision was based on concerns that Gambaryan might flee if granted bail.
Gambaryan, along with fellow Binance executive Nadeem Anjarwalla, faces multiple charges, including tax evasion, money laundering, and failure to register with Nigeria’s Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) for tax purposes.
