Dele Momodu, the uncle of Sophia Momodu, has shared his perspective on the ongoing custody battle between Sophia and Davido.
Momodu was surprised by Davido’s petition for shared custody, as their previous discussions had centered on Davido’s wedding and his efforts to reconnect with his daughter.
Momodu highlighted that the primary issues at hand were related to financial support, including school tuition, housing, and a nanny’s salary.
He believes that the current situation stems from a lack of communication between Davido and Sophia.
Speaking on the importance of their daughter’s well-being, Momodu requested that Sophia’s need for shared accommodation costs and Davido’s financial contributions be considered.
He also pointed out occasions when Sophia allowed Davido to spend time with their daughter and encouraged continued cooperation for the child’s best interests.
