David And Victoria Beckham Recreate Iconic Wedding Scene To Celebrate 25th Anniversary

David and Victoria Beckham have celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary by recreating their famous throne wedding scene.

The couple shared photos on Instagram, donning the matching purple outfits they wore during their wedding in 1999.

They captioned the photos with “Look what we found…” and David added, “Yep, still got it! Can’t believe it’s been 25 years and they still fit!”

The Beckhams, who wed on July 4, 1999, at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland, recreated the memorable moment where they sat on purple crushed-velvet thrones, a scene that has become iconic in 90s pop culture.

Their original satin purple outfits, designed by Antonio Berardi, were first worn during their first dance to Frank Sinatra’s “It Had To Be You,” with their baby Brooklyn also dressed in a matching suit.

Victoria wore a champagne Vera Wang gown for the ceremony, while David wore a gold and cream suit by Timothy Everest.

Reflecting on their purple attire in their Netflix documentary last year, David humorously questioned the decision, suggesting he followed Victoria’s lead.

The couple recently marked Victoria’s 50th birthday with a Spice Girls reunion, sparking excitement on social media. Despite the buzz, David has denied any plans for the band to reunite.

Known for their brand and celebrity status, the Beckhams have four children: Brooklyn, 25, Romeo, 21, Cruz, 19, and Harper, 12. David has ventured into business post his football and modeling career, while Victoria has established her own fashion line.
