The Association of Corporate Affairs Managers of Banks (ACAMB) has  announced its third National Stakeholders’ Conference, themed “Building Bridges: Collaborative Solutions for a Trusted Banking and Financial Services Experience.”

This event will delve into comprehensive customer service issues faced by banks and financial institutions, featuring top-tier speakers and expert panels.

The conference is set for Thursday, May 30, 2024, at the prestigious Bankers House, CIBN, Adeola Hopewell Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, aiming to promote significant dialogue and collaboration within the financial sector.

As the representative body for Corporate and Marketing Communication Professionals in Nigeria’s Deposit Money Banks (DMBs), ACAMB is committed to advancing the interests of its members, the banking community, financial services customers, and the Nigerian public.

The 2024 ACAMB Stakeholders’ Conference aims to go beyond competition by fostering a collaborative approach to industry challenges and enhancing customer experiences in banking and financial services.

Wale Abioye, a renowned Consumer Solutions Strategist and Advisor at KPMG, will deliver the keynote address. The event will also feature expert discussions with esteemed industry leaders including Oguche Agudah, CEO of Pensions Operators (PenOp) of Nigeria; Stephen Alangbo, Managing Director/CEO of Cornerstone Insurance; Virgine Nowak, Chief Customer Experience Officer of Access Bank; and Lande Atere, Chief Customer Experience Officer of First Bank. Sola Salako-Ajulo, a prominent consumer advocate and Federal Commissioner at the Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal (CCPT), will also join the panel to represent the interests of bank customers.

The Special Guest of Honour will be Hon. Justice B. B. Kanyip, Ph.D., President of the Industrial Court of Nigeria, Abuja.
