“Palmeiras was the team that trusted me when I had nothing. Palmeiras is my favourite team and I needed to repay them in some way. This title is for everyone at Palmeiras, for all the employees and fans,” Endrick added.

The young striker is already slowly beginning to see his way to Spain: “I’ll be honest. When I was in the national team, I realised that, with Vinicius and Rodrygo asking when I was going to arrive”.

“I know I’m leaving, I’m not naïve, but my head is still here. The only thing I’m sure of in life is that death comes. I don’t know if I’ll be alive tomorrow, so I’m going to think about today,” he said.
