He also prayed for speedy recovery of those injured, and are currently receiving treatments at various hospitals.
Arc Giwa described the incident as a very sad experience and unfortunate at this period in the country.
He lamented the magnitude of damage recorded at the scene, however, appreciated the state government, security operatives and first responders for the swift reactions and efforts to ensure the situation was put under control.
Asiwaju Adini, while calling on the federal and the state governments to make sure perpetrators are brought to book, advised Nigerians to be law abiding citizens and work with government and security operatives to avert occurrences of situations of this nature in the future.
“The deed has been done but it is very important that the perpetrators of this heist must be brought to book and the justice must be served. It is very key to always be careful anywhere we find ourselves because we can’t be doing things the same way and expect different results. It is very key to be law abiding citizens, wherever the government says it is a restricted area, we should always abide and follow things according to the law of the land,” Arc Hassan Giwa said.
