Dr. Adeniyi Odedele, a renowned political figure and community leader in Oluyole Local Government of Oyo State, has extended warm Easter greetings to the people of Oluyole and the entire Oyo State, urging them to celebrate with joy, unity, and renewed hope.
In a goodwill message made available to newsmen in Ibadan, the state capital, on Sunday, Dr. Odedele, who is popularly known as Ayanfe Olodumare of Oluyole, congratulated Christians on the successful completion of the Lenten season and the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, which he described as a season of hope, love, and renewal.
“Easter reminds us of the triumph of light over darkness, hope over despair, and life over death. As we celebrate, let us reflect on the values of sacrifice, compassion, and unity which the season represents,” he said.
Dr. Odedele, who also doubles as the Provost of Ajorosun College of Health Technology, Ibadan, and the Chief Medical Director of Beloved Hospital, Ibadan, used the occasion to encourage residents to remain steadfast in their faith and continue to support efforts towards the development and progress of Oluyole and Oyo State as a whole.
He further prayed for continued peace, good health, and prosperity for all citizens, expressing optimism that brighter days lie ahead for the state and the nation.
“Let us use this moment to strengthen the bonds that unite us, spread love to our neighbours, and contribute positively to our communities,” he added.
Dr. Odedele reaffirmed his commitment to the health, well-being, and socio-economic empowerment of the people, promising to continue championing initiatives that would bring sustainable development to the grassroots.
